    Client was an unrestrained detainee in back of police car that entered intersection against a non-operating traffic signal, colliding with another vehicle. Client sustained severe brain injury.

    Client was stopped for a red light. Ambulance ran red light from opposite direction, hitting vehicle already in the intersection. Ambulance rolled over and onto client's vehicle. Ambulance was speeding, no siren or red lights. Client sustained multiple broken bones and head injury.

    Client went to podiatrist for wart on foot. Podiatrist negligently operated on wart, causing client to lose blood flow to foot, eventually resulting in amputation of his lower leg. Client had pre-existing circulation problems that created liability issue. Case settled.

    Client was working on a retail store remodeling job, and was unloading a construction truck when another worker pinned him to the loading dock with a forklift. Client sustained multiple fractures to his legs.

    Client was driving on rural highway. Another vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped client's car. Impact resulted in severe fractures to client's upper arm and shoulder. Arm almost amputated but eventually saved by pins and plates.

    Client was a "shade tree mechanic" restoring an old Mustang. He was testing a newly installed remanufactured water pump recently purchased when the fan shaft on the water pump broke, sending the spinning fan blade into his skull. Client sustained injury to his brain.

    Client worked for an electrical contractor when he came into contact with a live electrical line that was supposed to be de-energized. Was killed instantly.

    Client was walking from his car to his rented condo when he was accosted by an armed robber. After giving up his wallet, his watch, his keys, and his shoes, the robber shot him in the chest. Lawsuit filed against complex for inadequate security.

    Client, from Michigan and traveling to Florida on Interstate 85, rented room for the night at a national chain motel. He was asleep in his room when drug addict broke into room from adjoining room and beat him in the head with a wrench, stealing his wallet and keys to his car. Adjoining door lock was broken, motel had reputation for drug dealing, prostitution. Client sustained significant head injury.

    Client was driving on interstate when commercial truck came across the median and struck his vehicle head on. Client sustained multiple broken bones, and a brain injury.

    Client fell into machine at textile plant and was killed. Machine manufactured by Italian and Brazilian companies with history of removing guards from machines. Machine manufacturer and client employer sued under "Woodson" theory.

    Collapsed Deck Railing/Premises Liability – Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy
    Client leaned against the railing of his deck at condo he was renting. Railing failed and he fell about six feet to the ground, spraining his wrist. Wrist sprain developed into a rare condition known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy, which is disabling. Lawsuit filed against complex for providing unsafe premises.

    Client was a real estate agent that received negligent advice from his attorney concerning reporting of cash transactions resulting in severe federal penalties.

    Client underwent hysterectomy. Physician accidentally severed an artery. Physician left operating room to seek advice, but did not return for 45 minutes. Client almost bled to death, and loss of blood caused nerve damage to her leg and mild brain injury.

    Client was hit head on by another driver who had fallen asleep at the wheel. Client had just left bar and was slightly under legal limit of intoxication. Client sustained multiple broken bones to her legs and a brain injury.

    Client was rear-ended while traveling to Florida. Sustained three ruptured discs in back. Case tried before jury and verdict was rendered in above amount.
